I paid Bonafide home service 300.00 to install my hot tub heater, fill it, leak test it and put first batch of chemicals in that they were to provide. They came out and found that the tub was not working. I was instructed by the company to buy a new top panel (100.00) and that they would come back install that for free and finish the testing and filling.I purchased the new top panel and temprarly installed it to see if it worked. it didnt. I called and texted Bonafide and asked if they had any other ideas and I was told they would think about it and get back to me.
