Awful communication! They will not call you back and will be nasty and customer-inappropriate in their emails, nor will they work with you to find a good time to schedule a detailing. I bought a living social coupon through them, which I got stuck with because of such poor service. Do not, at any cost, patronize this business. Spend a little more to actually get your car detailed at a reputable organization that knows a thing or two about customer service.
