I recently bought a new 2012 Cadillac from GHENT and i could be less satisfied with the experience. @ weeks after purchasing the car, i was forced by the finance person to re-sign new paperwork at a higher amount than what was agreed upon. Over $1000 more than the price i signed on the first time at the dealership. When i protested the finance person became very rude and defensive. I asked to have my old car back that i had traded in and that just wasn't going to be an option. Hind sight is 20/20 i wish i had done more research about their dealership prior to goin
