I went to Nancy for over a year. At first, the staff was friendly and nice. My dog was groomed very well. But then, he started to hate to go there. She keeps her dogs leashed to the wall and they are expected to sit perfectly still without barking for over 3 hours. I was told over an over how bad he was. The customer service skills are very poor. I always felt like I was going to get in trouble when I went to pay my bill. I finally stopped going there when my dog came home with red marks on his belly area. I felt like they didn't want to take the time or care
