This place absolutely destroyed our $1000 Shun knife set! This was the first time we had the knives sharpened. They ground the teeth out of our serrated utility knife and told us "thats what happens when you sharpen a serrated knife." They wrote our name in permanent marker on every blade, which did not come out. We ended up taking the knives to where they were purchased, and they compared our set to a new one and absolutely every knife was ruined! The manager at the store felt so bad for us she replaced our set and made us promise never to take our knives
