What's Cookin'  is a full service family restaurant located in the heart of Charleston, Illinois. After opening in 1980, we quickly became a local favorite.  We offer breakfast everyday until  2 PM and feature eggs cooked to your liking, omelettes, pancakes, French toast, and freshly baked muffins.  At lunch we have great daily specials, a large selection of sandwiches and salads, homemade soup, and wonderful desserts.  We're also open until 8 PM on Thursday and Friday and feature great specais such as Pecan Encrusted Tilapia.  Check out our website at whatscookin.info . What's Cookin' features a full  Breakfast   Menu, plus a selection of Sandwiches,  Dinners , Huge Salads, and Homemade Soups. We  Bake  muffins every day. Our homemade  Strawberry Bread  is legendary and can be shipped anywhere in the United States. In addition, we  Cater  just about any size or type of event. What's Cookin' is located at the corner of Seventh and Madison, just one block north of the historic town square and seven blocks north of  Eastern Illinois University  on 7th Street. Come see us.
