I lived at 969 S. Pearl St at one of Granite Realty's properties for 3 years (Property Manager: Aaron Kessler). Upon moving in, there was significant damage to the carpets, walls and bathroom. Since my roommate and I were two bachelor, business professionals in our late twenties, we figured it would be better to leave the carpets/walls as they were originally rented, rather than have them replaced (which was offered to us) and potentially do any damages that would cause us to lose any amount of our security deposit.
