This is an e-commerce business that likes to keep their prices low by shipping out of their Ashland VA facility with postage that is too low for delivery. My package arrived with a 5.00 postage due after I paid shipping to them on the order. So it cost me a trip to the post office (that's kind of counter to online shopping no?) and more money.
