Dont believe these dirtballs. I listed my house on craigslist. These people showed up and put a purchase offer in, sent me a contract and the closing was scheduled for 3 weeks away. I turned away another cash offer from another person. CNY went into my house 8 times of the course of three weeks with contractors. My own attorney even witnessed it. This was without my PERMISSION.
