Earlier today Progressive dispatched Dragon Towing to pick up my disabled vehicle and take it to a specified location. I find out 5 hours later from my sister my car was a mere .2 miles down the road, unlocked, left w/ the keys in the ignition!! NO ONE called to inform me. Dragon Towing just abandoned it due to apparently breaking down themselves
