I will never use the company again. Out of compassion for his financial situation, we gave him the remaining balance of our bill prior to completion. We never saw him again. We attempted multiple times to contact him. Spoke to him once where he claimed he would come out the following Monday. We never heard from him and he never replied to repeated phone calls or text messages.
