Do NOT shop here. "Shop at your own risk" should be posted instead of "no refunds or exchanges". After purchasing a name brand smoker that stopped working after one week of light usage we were told to contact the manufacturer ourselves. If a retail business will not offer customer service thay should not be in business with the public.
