Extremely skillful artists, exceptional quality, excellent safety procedures that are explained to the client fully. I went there and Don and his team have made their shop a very warm and friendly place. I also completed my tattoo virtually pain free! Great staff, they even feed me. I went to DC Tatts after going to a few other shops where I felt like I was treated poorly. The artist here don't act like they are some type of Tattoo God and you should feel privileged to be under their gun. They treated me like family. I have returned many times and have recomme
