I could not agree more with the above statements. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. The company is a TPA that has no idea what they are doing. Please do not get involved with this inexperienced company, you will regret the hassles. There are plenty of TPA's that are very experienced at what they do. I can honestly say that this is the WORST company I have EVER come in contact with.
