I do not recommend going to this Sprint store. I had a terrible experience. The techs who work here are great, but the owner was terrible. I bought an iPhone4s here and my cell phone service has been a nightmare. I made 7 trips to this store in 4 weeks to try to resolve it. (WHO HAS TIME FOR THAT??). The employees tried: they ran updates on my phone and gave me a new iPhone 4s to try. After all this, the service was still terrible. Dropped calls one after another! Terrible voice transmission.
