We offer the following core and specialized services: Core Services Include: Physical Therapy, Hand/Occupational Therapy, Spine Rehabilitation, Work Strategies Program (Work Injury Prevention & Management), Adult Neuro Rehab Specialized Services. Include: Aquatic Therapy, F C Es, Sports Medicine, Wound Care, Vestibular Rehabilitation * we do not accept Medicaid or Soonercare over 21 years old.
