The West Ashley Facility, located off of Hwy 17 S and three miles from Historic Downtown Charleston, is also a Provider of Wheelchair Assessments. We conduct evaluations that are used to determine a patient's eligibility for Wheelchair Assistance. Serving as a resourceful tool to our patient's healing process, we encourage our patients to stay positive and to keep in mind that impossiblities can always be broken down into possibilities.
