Southeastern Physical Therapy is a local independently owned physical therapy practice serving the Tidewater area since 1993. Southeastern PT provides the physical rehabilitation needs of patients, their physicians, and the community with quality, comprehensive, and timely service in a caring environment through the personalized attention of a committed staff. The practice offers orthopedic therapy, neck and back rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy, neurological rehabilitation, pediatrics, as well as workers compensation including functional capacity evaluations and work conditioning.
