My career in Cosmetology began in 1998, after graduating from Lake Land College. Soon after my mother and I opened a Salon & Day Spa called The Razorz Edge. After a few years, we made the decision to pursue other interests. I went on to finish a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, which I utilized in various positions including Business Development & Director of Marketing for companies in the Health Care Industry. I decided it wasn't enough...(not to mention I was still doing hair on the side!) I missed the people, the hair, the extensions, the glitter! And not to mention my family, as I traveled quite a bit. Hence the birth of Kutters Kove, a salon built into my home. I continue to enhance and expand my education at Professional Salon Concepts in Indianapolis. My work has been featured in InStyle salon books, and various hairstyle magazines throughout the United States. I am also certified as a Professional Image Consultant. I LOVE making people feel good about themselves, and bringing out the best version of them through haircuts, hair color, make-up, extensions, waxing and whatever else I can do to enhance their natural beauty.
