I am a former correction officer (retired) and before going to this school I checked out all of the others.Especially the Samurai arts dojo and when I went in to this school the Instructor was sparring against three other students from another school.The Instructor did not loose infact one of the others went to the hospital.That showed me I was at the right place for self defense so I signed up!!!! YOU SHOULD TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
