Arrived 15 minutes prior to consultation appointment as instructed by Tracy. The office was empty yet we were not greeted right away. Filled out paperwork and waited patiently. And waited. And waited. Finally explained that we don%u2019t generally wait more than 15 minutes %u2013 we had been there for more than 30 minutes %u2013 and we would have to go unless Dr. Reuter was going to be free shortly. Receptionist said she really didn't know when he would be available or how far behind schedule he was running. No explanation and no apology and more import
