From the moment we signed our contract with this company we had problems. Our house was not advertised as they said it would be. We never knew if there was a showing. They charged less for the security deposit than the contract we signed stated. They never inspected the house once the tenants moved in, even thought they were adamant that they would. When the tenants left, without paying rent, we were told that any damage would be repaired in 7 days.
