I took computer in to MCS to have Norton 360 removed, the right way, and replaced with Panda Cloud; also I had MCS add Foxfire. I paid MCS extra for three-day turnaround. During process MCS damaged operational software for my two HP printers. I gave them the CDs for reloading (along with the printers). They butched the job. Had to go back (total 6 times over 2 months, because they kept screwing the pooch. Jonas lied to me and told me HP was making a special repair CD.
