When going into BRC, park wherever you can(parking can be tight). To recycle bottles, cans and plastic walk to the chainlink area near the front of the buliding. Pick up a few carts for your recycling and sort out yer' junk! Make sure not to leave the bottlecaps on because they will not take them. Stand in line and wait to be weighed out. The people there are friendly and have a tendency to joke around with the customers. It's a great little recycling center with friendly people and decent prices for your materials.
