If looking for overpriced parking for low service this is the place for you. Adding an extra $94 on top of monthly expenses for indoor parking, and $45 for outdoor parking. If a friend wants to spend the night be expected to pay $5 a night for as long as the company remains. Security is overzealous and the management eggs them on so dont expect any slack, especially when paying to live in overpriced condos. West Hartford is a much better bet!
