I had heard good things through people at work about Massage on Whitney. I decided to treat myself on the last day of my summer work hours (a Fri.) The Sunday before I started to get a tension headache which only grew through out the week, then to top it off I was fighting allergies/sinuses. I was scheduled for an appointment with Helen for a deep tissue massage. She did WONDERS for my head, neck, and shoulders. When I walked out of M. on W. I felt like a new person!
