About 2 weeks before September 13, Liberty Bank began an add campaign for a 3.5% 30 year fixed mortgage. This offer was available for houses bought in Wethersfield, at their new branch at 171 Silas Deane Highway. They would provide $3.5 million for these mortgages on Saturday, September 13th.
