Was told maintenance items that were discovered at first viewing would be fixed prior to move in. two weeks pass and we have to let ourselves in house with lock box info.nothing was completed in house. Like others, no response to concerns. Thinking this was a major mistake. The icing on the cake is there is no water on and since both of us aren't in town to get notarized and signed lease to city of Atlanta we have to wait til next week to get water turned on.
