Meet the Business Owner: Liam and Mark Carroll Liam Carroll have over 25+ years of restaurant experience with several full service concepts. Liam has worked with some of the most respected concepts in the industry. The Carrolls own, and have the rights for The Counter Burger in Orange County. The Carrolls selected The Counter Burger because they wanted to bring a new concept to the OC that they would be excited about, to build a restaurant that they personally would love to visit. Liam and Mark strive to create only the best experience and enjoyment in dinning. Mark and Liam are OC locals, they grew up and live in OC. Liam actively works daily in The Counter locations, come in and say hi.
