Don't let a nice look fool you. Our 'new' home was to have no issues. The first rain fall brought in over an inch of water in our finished basement. The seller listed 'No water issues' and would not put in a sump pump when we asked at closing, because they said there was no water issue. Clearly false. Air conditioner was said to be in working condition. Went to use it and it did not work. We were also promised a yard clean-up, a change of locks so all doors had the same key, and holes and scratches to be fixed. None of which happened. I have found nearly 100
