Called for Brow appt, was first told to come in at 2:30, then she said, no wait, I have a 2:30 come in a little later. She NEVER said a time, so when we arrived at 2:55, I was told I missed my 2:45 appt time but the worst was the RUDE way I was TOLD! So I made new appt at 3:30, then was to "clean up" my brows, but took way too much off, too thin. Watch out!
