The manger Wren was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful. I was moving my family from Delaware to Florida, and the trailer I was towing blew up a bearing. Fortunately I was able to get to O'reilly's before the tire came off. Wren helped me diagnose the problem. When I started working on making the repair, I realized that I was going to need professional help. The bearing had ground itself into the spindle. Wren came up with a solution.
