I have been having my nails done for years. So, when 3 nails broke in 2 weeks I knew something was wrong. I called the spa & was told yo come in. Once there the owner immediately gave 3 different reasons for the problem. Took NO resonsibility. Even laughed in my face over it. Very unprofessional. I went to another nail spa & was advised that the gel coating was way too thin & that was why they were breaking. It cost a lot to repair. Will never go back.
