This company is represented by "Cleveland", a self proclaimed missionary. He added 1500.00 to my wife's deal after starting the paperwork. Not only did it take 4 tries to complete the paperwork over a 3day period, he starts to make unwanted remarks to her when I wasn't there stating he can teach her how to drive a "stick", all the women enjoy him teaching them to drive a stick. Once he teaches a women how to drive a stick they are never the same. And the 1500.00 he blamed on his boss from NY, we later found it was not needed and he pocketed that change.
