The worst shoe buying experience in my life.I purchased a pair of mens docker dress shoes.The shoes fell apart after only 2 months of use. Clearly the shoes were defective.I returned to the store I purchased them from and was greeted by Carmen, the store manager. I showed her the shoes and explained my position. I felt the store should replace the defective shoes. Much to my surprise,all I received was her rant about NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE.
