I purchased a used washer and dryer set on the 24th of this month. From the first day, the washing machine quit working. I called because it clearly says that there is a 30 day guarantee on them, and they said they would send someone out to repair it. When they didn't come for a couple of days, I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer their phones, and nor would they return my calls.
