My heater needed repair recently, only cool air was coming from the vents. I called around 4pm and they gave me a two hour window. Less than an hour later a friendly technician came to my home and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair cost didn't seem too expensive - so the tech got to work and about 20 minutes later I was good to go. He showed me exactly what component had failed - a nice thing to do. The whole experience took a lot less time than I thought it would. Service with a smile.
