I joined Fitness Premier last May (2013). I started out doing some classes and then decided I needed more guidance so started lessons with a personal trainer-Neco. I have lost inches in all places, lost some weight and gained some weight(but that is muscle) and gone down one dress size. I have changed from a personal trainer to group training. Group training is a lot of fun as you are doing it with others instead of being alone. Hyland is our group trainer and he shows us the exercise and for some who might not be able to do it the same as the others shows how to
