I have seen several personal trainers in the past 8 years. Kelly Irish is the first one I can actually recommend to my friends. She is so knowledgable about exercise and diet. During our sessions I always have her full attention. She corrects what I am doing in the wrong form and is very motivated for me to get good results. I feel like its a team effort, that I get into shape. I'm not alone on this hard journey with her helping me.
