I signed up to do kickboxing class to lose weight and gain confidence and I have gained SO much more than I could ever imagine from MYMA. Not only have I been losing weight and toning my body, but I have made friends and my self-esteem has sky-rocketed! Kickboxing classes are truly the highlight of my week and I look forward to each and every class. I remember the anxiety and nervousness I felt when I first signed up to do this - but that has ALL gone out of the window!
