When I lived in Philadelphia I brought my cat, Pancake, to a cat only veterinarian. When my wife and I moved up to CT we wanted to find the same care as we had in Philly. When I called New ENgland Cat Care, the receptioninst, Danielle, was very friendly and knew a lot about cats herself. I was never put on hold. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I saw Dr. Richter. He spent a lot of time with us and did not rush us in and out. He found a lump on my cat that I never new was there and that they never found at my old vet. He brought in the other vet to look
