Good Locksmiths. I have used them three times before to re-key and change out locks in my rental properties and once to program a transponder key for my son's truck. However, I believe the last time I called them they had moved to a new location at976 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Chapel Hill, NC. The phone number was still the same. These guys have reasonable rates and they are local locksmiths that I trust.
