We spent several thousand dollars for our garage doors. The workers were professional the door looked good. About a year after the door was installed, one of the springs on top of the garage broke off. It had been fixed with wrong way! We have called them at least 8 times to try getting them to come out & repair the garage. They are always friendly & personable & promise that someone will come out soon. We first called them in April it is now June the spring is still not repaired. When we called today, the repair department person (whom we had talked to twice
