I placed a call to Professional Locksmith Services at 4:40 PM and spoke to Jenny the Dispatcher about my need for the services of a locksmith to open a deadbolt lock and change it to a key pad entry. Ever so kind Jenny told me she was making this job of mine a "priority" job and the Smith (I have always called a locksmith "the Smith"
