Samara tried every trick to repair my computer. I guess I'll wait now, as she said to have your Computer repair div contact me. My only suggestion, as I think I tried to fix it myself when unable to contact you, would be to have more techs available. waiting on hold for 30 min. then having the line get disconnected, did not make me a happy camper. Anyway thanks samara for trying to resolve the problem without me having to possibly ship you the desktop.
