I left feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. I've been going to Liberty Tax for years in NJ, but Colorado is NOT the same AT ALL. This employee, a lady with burgundy hair was loudly talking about someone in a very disrespectful, negative way. It is not the professional atmosphere/experience that I've grown to know and love as Liberty Tax. My tax preparer was politely ignoring this scene and I felt embarrassed and I felt kinda weird about doing business there. :(
