Since 1979 Shear Cut Salon has brought progressive hair services to Norwalk, CT. and the Fairfield County Area. In this time our experience and reputation has grown synonymous with leading trends, not following. Owner, Tina Torraco, attributes the success of Shear Cut to the salon’s strong team approach as well as personalized guest communication.
