Horrible business to do business with. Left us without heat in a new addition. Never showed up or returned a phone call after being a prompt paying customer for years. Came over to look over the job in September and said 6 - 7 weeks. It is now January and he won't even return a phone call. Office is no help. Heating the addition with propane tanks and electric heat. Spent over $300 in propane in the last 2 months and electric bill was $131 more than our normal bill. Went directly to the office to find out what was going on. Mark said he was too busy to talk
