The Owner (Johnny) has no idea of how to treat customers. Aggressive and hostile. Something Pro Audio does not have is customer service. Every attempt to resolve problems with him resulted in his attempt to turn the situation on the customer to be blamed. Customers are the people who spend money at your establishment and return to spend more money when they are satisfied.
