When they came to do the estimate for the drill and fill wall insulation job they told me the wood plugs they put in would be snug and flush with my siding. Well after they were finished the plugs were so lose they fell right out. I called to complain, they said it wasn't normal and they would come out and fix it. A week later after they haven't shown up to fix the problem I had to call them again. So they finally come to fix the holes and when I come home they only did about half of them and there solution was to wrap the plugs with duct tape (very unprofessional%2
